Developing the product with the least input possible so as to generate profit and because it is the right thing for our environment and world. Technology: Maintenance professionals who want Lean Maintenance have to be in a constant search for new technology. Duration: Savings resources/money from Lean projects is vital as dozens of projects over a few years can make a substantial difference. |
